My letter to himalayan times after Nepalese schools were closed for 15 days due to lack of books "Up to when such trend continues"

I am a regular reader of your newspaper and i find your newspaper very interesting and a complete breakfast in the morning. Today my attention went towards your news "School shut for fortnight " due to lack of books. It's not a new problem in Nepal that problems are admitted late and they create a serious halt to the daily life of Nepalese people . It's a common scene nowadays that important national highways are closed due to the children's strike on the same case . Small childrens from Nursery to Grade 10 are seen on the streets and some are busy destroying the vehicles. Such childrens are on the road who do not know the purpose of the stike. Has anybody thought that what effect on child pshycology occurs due to such strikes and bandas. Same type of haltages are seen in most of the govermental institutions . Earlier it was Nepal Electricity Authority which cut down the electric supplies and it was Nepal Oil Corporation which showed lack of fuel on its stocks.Such problems are increasing day by day and are expanding in a devastating form .Now its the turn of Curricullum development Center to show its problem and thats the lack of books . I suppose Nepal is a first country in this 21st century to declare a fortnight shut down of schools due to lack of text books.
After all its up to goverment to make its institutions more transparent and more responsible to the society by identifying their problems at the earliest and making a homework for the solution of problems. Nepalese people are asking up to when such trend continues. Thank god still Nepalese people can sustain their lives even without basic necesseties.
